After you purchase your two hour service block, one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to discuss the scope of your project. With your input, the customer service representative will recommend and schedule your appointment block. They’ll match the most applicable and best fit of our in-house craftsman to your projects and schedule a day and time that works for you. Then, at appointment time, the Handyman will show up with his tools and basic supplies to complete your work.
If your projects require material or supplies from a big box store, it’s a better use of your project time to have those supplies on hand already. Otherwise, some of the block of time will be spent driving and shopping at the store. If your project requires longer than the allotted time, Our Handyman will let you know how much additional time will be required. It is up to you to agree to the additional time.
